I ordered my products, but they still have not turned up?
As stated on our shipping page, some orders will take up to 2 weeks to arrive. If this is the case then you would have been notified by email. If you have any queries or your order has taken longer than 2 weeks to arrive then please contact us for an order update.

How do I make a return?
Please refer to our Returns Policy page and then send us an e-mail.

My product is broken?
In the unlikely event that your product breaks then there are two options. If it is covered under our warranty terms, then we will replace or repair it upon return free of charge. If it is not covered under our warranty terms, then we will still be able to repair or replace the item but for a fee. If it is un-repairable, then we will offer you the chance to buy a new product at retail price. If it is repairable then we will send the quotation for your consideration.
